Location:- Rock Fig Lodge is located on the western side of Madikwe and can accommodate 10 people very comfortably. The Lodge is booked as a whole camp, which makes your time your own. This property is fenced in and has kitchen and cleaning staff, game drives and a ranger.

Accommodation:- Rock Fig Lodge is a self catering lodge that has six (6) suites that can accommodate ten (10) guests in comfort. This property is also fenced in and again has kitchen and cleaning staff, game drives and a ranger
Activities:- Exclusive use of the open Land Rover and private ranger for morning and afternoon/evening game-drives, bush sundowners and drink stops on the Reserve, visits to hides. Regrettably, due to safety concerns, children under 6 years of age are unable to participate in game-drives.
Wildlife:- Lion, elephant, black and white rhino, buffalo, leopard - Big Five- also cheetah and wild dog - Magnificent seven.
Giraffe, zebra, warthog, baboon, monkey, hippo, crocodile, and a variety of antelope including kudu, impala, waterbuck, Springbok, Wildebeest, Eland, Blesbok, Tsessebe and Steenbok are regularly seen, along with a number of the more elusive or less common animals. With a bird population of over 250 different species. Bring your binoculars!
Access:- Federal Air operates a daily flight from Johannesburg International Airport to Madikwe Airstrip, departing at 11H15 and returning at 12H30. Private air charters fly directly to Madikwe airstrip, 20 minutes from the lodge. The driving time from Johannesburg is 3.5 hours on good roads.
Child Policy:- Children of all ages are welcome at Rock Fig Lodge however children under the age of six (6) are unable to participate in the game drives. There are no babysitting facilities.
